NorthgateArinso 18-Nov-2008 - [NorthgateArinso] Sovereign Housing Group, a leading provider of affordable housing in the South of England, has appointed NorthgateArinso to deliver a new HR and payroll solution over the next five years. The fully-integrated solution, ResourceLink, will be implemented by September 2009, to cater for around 600 employees. NorthgateArinso’s ResourceLink will provide the Group with one single HR database, consolidating multiple systems. This will improve the efficiency and quality of services provided. The project will run in two phases – the first covers HR, payroll and self-service, including online expenses, and will go live by April next year. The second encompasses recruitment, training and personal development; it is scheduled for completion by September 2009.
