    1. NAP is offered free to alumni, at the discretion of Northgate, and may be terminated at any time, although there is no intention to withdraw the service.
    2. You agree to indemnify Northgate against all losses (including, without limitation, legal costs) that we may incur as a result of any breach by you of these Terms of Use.
    3. You will be required to provide a password during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and are fully responsible for all activities relating to My Profile under the control of your password.
    4. You undertake to register for NAP using accurate and current information about yourself, including your correct name, address and any other information requested.
    5. Confirmation of registration will be sent by Northgate to the e-mail address you supply on registering.
    6. You use NAP at your own risk.  The service is provided as is and without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied.  We disclaim all warranties and conditions of satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permissible.  We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use of or the result of the use of the material in this service in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.
    7. You agree that you will not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law or regulation. In particular you will not use the service to commit any criminal act or any act constituting infringement of any intellectual property right, or to transmit any material that is blasphemous, obscene, indecent or pornographic or which is of a defamatory, offensive, abusive, or menacing character or which may cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to any person.  We reserve the right to edit or remove any material from the service which we at our sole discretion find objectionable or which could bring Northgate into disrepute.  If you see anything on the NAP site which appears to infringe these Terms of Use, please contact the NAP administrator by emailing alumni@northgate-is.com

Northgate accepts no responsibility or liability for any services in respect of any complaints with regards to benefits and services offered by individuals or companies outside Northgate.
    10. Northgate does not accept liability for any special loss or any indirect or consequential loss of any nature (including, without limitation, any economic loss or other loss of business, production, revenue, profit, goodwill or anticipated savings), whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise, and whether or not the possibility of such loss arising has been brought to our attention in relation to these Terms of Use and the provision of NAP.
    11. By registering with NAP you agree that your data can be used for the purposes described below. All data will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
