CAPITA COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF NORTHGATE MANAGED SERVICES LIMITED Capita has completed the acquisition of Northgate Managed Services Limited (NMS) from Northgate Information Solutions. The business, now branded Capita Managed IT Solutions, will be part of Capita IT Services. “Capita’s core focus is providing business process and IT outsourcing capabilities to its clients in the UK and Ireland. Not only does this acquisition complement Capita’s existing services and solutions, but it also extends its network of UK wide delivery centres,” said John Chambers, director, Capita IT Services. Capita Managed IT Solutions, based in Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland, has approximately 1,000 employees across the UK.
