The team from Northgate will present their entry to a panel of industry judges in London in September. The UK Customer Experience Awards recognise and celebrate the delivery of an outstanding customer experience by those companies and organisations that are considered to be leaders in their fields. Northgate’s short listing comes on the back of what can only be described has a successful 12 months. The company has delivered strong organic growth across its main business sectors and has steadily grown its UK customer base. Delivering exceptional customer experiences underpins the way that Northgate approaches each client engagement. Great efforts are made to establish long term relationships and to deliver services and solutions that meet the clients’ needs and offer value for money. Continuous improvement is also a key element in this process.
