Alastair Dawson, Managing Director, Powerteam, said: “We handle thousands of documents a year, including plans, drawings, contracts, tenders and many financial documents across seven corporate sites and various project offices throughout the UK and Ireland. The need to keep up-to-date data that is easily accessed by personnel, suppliers and in some cases clients, across our networks is paramount to our continued success. “It is a significant investment for Powerteam and will lead to a streamlined business saving time, money and improving efficiencies – important considerations as we continue to enjoy a period of high growth.” The document management system was installed by three companies. Carol D Massay, Customer Relationship Account Manager, Causeway, said: “We are delighted that Powerteam has selected Causeway’s Enterprise Content Management system to help take control of drawings, emails and other documents and manage them with maximum efficiency. This latest investment builds on a strong relationship between our companies that has already seen Powerteam using Causeway Project Accounting, Causeway Financials and Tradex at the heart of its business processes.
