FremantleMedia Group has handed over full outsourcing of its pensions administration service, including all accounting and payroll activity, to Northgate HR.
The five-year contract, worth over £400k, has brought FremantleMedia significant cost savings and gains in administration efficiency for the hybrid scheme, which has almost 750 members.
The Trustee’s chose Northgate HR from a number of providers because they felt that Northgate offered the most impressive system solution resulting in cost savings and improved efficiency given that fully automated calculations almost completely remove the need for manual intervention and therefore the chance of human error.”
Both parties also say that the arrangement will improve service levels to scheme members, including through the introduction of an online self-service facility that is scheduled for the second half of this year.
