NORTHGATE OPENS THE DOOR TO IT’S INNOVATION CENTRE

£50,000 investment as Northgate invites clients to test drive new technology solutions

Northgate Infrastructure Solutions today opened the doors to its Innovation Centre. This new high tech room allows Northgate’s clients the opportunity to get their hands on new IT service and solutions, and experiment with how each will impact upon key business goals through real-time and real-life demonstrations.

Set in a relaxed and informal environment the Innovation Centre provides an excellent opportunity to work in close partnership with clients to deliver tailored IT services and solutions based around individual needs.  Once a clear strategy has been outlined, Northgate’s specialist client teams will be able to demonstrate their services and technologies, from key partners such as Microsoft, Citrix, HP, VMWare and Symantec.  These include dedicated helpdesks, remote support and operations, system hosting and the facilitation of home-working, and clients will be encouraged to try them first hand.

Northgate’s Innovation Centre represents the organisation’s next phase in its drive to work as closely as possible with clients, and has been designed to support their Infrastructure Optimisation Process. Put simply, the key goal is to ensure customers receive the correct tailored solution, at the right time which will meet all their immediate and long term business objectives.
