Re: Directorate Change

Northgate Information Solutions Plc, the international supplier of specialist software systems and IT services for the human resources and public sector markets, announces that Jos Sluys, one of the Company’s Executive Directors, has today resigned.

Having recently sold his entire share interests in the Company and having no further connection with the business, Jos Sluys has decided to leave the Company with immediate effect.
