NorthgateArinso 23-Sep-2009 - [NorthgateArinso] The Accord Group, comprising several housing associations and over 1,000 employees, has signed a seven-year contract with NorthgateArinso to implement its fully integrated web based HR and payroll solution, based on the ResourceLink-Aurora platform. Working with NorthgateArinso will enable the Group to focus on its business objectives for growth. It will streamline and consolidate its operational practices through the use of web-based HR and payroll technologies, underlining Accord’s aims to become a more efficient and greener organisation. NorthgateArinso’s ResourceLink will support the Group in delivering an organisational development strategy, which is focused on performance improvement and aligned to the development of managers and employees, who will drive the business forward. Allison Taylor, head of organisational development at The Accord Group commented: “We were looking for a provider that understands the challenges Housing Associations face.
